I am happy to welcome you on the Basic Pastry Course Online!

I want to explain to you the format of the course:

Each Monday starting January 24 for 4 months you will get access to new lessons.

The first 5 modules of each lesson contains 3 video lessons and PDF format recipes and the last 2 modules each lesson contains 2 video lessons and PDF format recipes.

Questions to the instructor:

I'm here with you to give answers to the questions within 1-2 working days. Please write your questions in the Google classroom in each lesson. 

Works submission:

To keep up with the rhythm of the course I recommend you to submit the works every week. However, you can submit all works before the end of the course — May 16th as well. After submission, your work will be checked within 3-4 working days or earlier.

The examination work due date for Advanced and Professional Packages is May 23.

By your request, you can extend the due date for submission of the homework for 2 weeks for an additional payment of 50 USD.

The request can be done not later than 6 months after the course is finished.

You will find the guide on how to submit the homework using the Google classroom in the introduction lesson "How to submit the homework".

Certificate/Diploma:

KICA school certificate or diploma of successful completion of the course you will get on your email in May 30.
